Terms and Conditions

1. The Offer is valid for bookings made between 8 September 2022 to 30 November 2022.
   
   
2. Travel must be completed between 8 September 2022 to 31 March 2023.
   
   
3. To enjoy the Offer, Standard Chartered cardholders must:
   • Visit our BlackBook Travels booking site via this site to activate the exclusive rates 
   • Create a new BlackBook user account and sign in after visiting the link above
   • Make payment using an eligible Standard Chartered card
     
     
4. Payment must be done by Standard Chartered Credit and Debit Cards only
   
   
5. Cardholders will be redirected to BlackBook Travels website to select the hotels and complete the booking. A "STANDARD CHARTERED SG" tag will be visible on all the offers applicable.
   
   
6. The Offer is only applicable for web and mobile web, and is not applicable for bookings made through BlackBook Travels App.
   
   
7. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
   
   
8. There is no limit to the number of bookings, cardholders may make multiple bookings.
   
   
9. Rates shown are after discount.
   
   
10. Rates may fluctuate from time to time depending on market conditions.
    
    
11. When you make a payment in a foreign currency, it will be converted to Singapore Dollars based on the rate of exchange at the time your Card is charged. Please refer to your cardholder agreement for more information about Foreign Exchange Charges on your Card.
    
    
12. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or other products and services.
    
    
13. The Offer is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, rewards, loyalty programmes, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
    
    
14. Cardholders may be asked to present the Standard Chartered Card used to make the online purchase for verification purposes during check-in.
    
    
15. Discounts applied may be nulled if there are any reservation changes made after purchase confirmation, or after promotion period. Cardholders may be required to pay for the reservation difference, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges (where applicable).

Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Offer if any fraud or gaming by users, technical failure or any other factors outside our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Offer which may result in any loss or damage to BlackBook Technologies Pte. Ltd. BlackBook Technologies Pte. Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual suspected of fraud, gaming the promotion or any breach of the Offer Terms.

19. In the event of any inconsistency between these Merchant’s Terms and Conditions and Standard Chartered The Good Life® Programme General Terms and  Conditions, these Merchant’s Terms and Conditions shall prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
