Offer Terms and Conditions

1. The Offer is valid for bookings made between 27 July 2023 to 30 November 2023 for HDFC VISA Cardholders with cards issued in India.
   
   
2. Travel must be completed between 27 July 2023 to 30 April 2024.
   
   
3. To enjoy the Offer, Cardholders must:

   • Create a BlackBook account [Do so even if you have an existing account with us]
     
     
   • Make payment using an eligible HDFC VISA Card
     
     
4. Cardholders will be redirected to BlackBook Travels website to select the hotels and complete the booking. An "HDFC VISA EXCLUSIVE" tag will be visible on all the offers applicable. Prices shown are after discount.
   
   
5. The Offer is applicable for web, mobile web and BlackBook Travels App. Ensure you are logged into your account to view the Offer.
   
   
6. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
   
   
7. There is no limit to the number of bookings, Cardholders may make multiple bookings.
   
   
8. Rates may fluctuate from time to time depending on market conditions.
   
9. When you make a payment in a foreign currency, it will be converted to Singapore Dollars based on the rate of exchange at the time your Card is charged. Please refer to your bank’s policies for more information about Foreign Exchange Charges on your Card.
   
   
10. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or other products and services.
    
    
11. The Offer is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, rewards, loyalty programmes, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
    
    
12. Cardholders may be asked to present the HDFC VISA Card used to make the online purchase for verification purposes during check-in.
    
13. Discounts applied may be nulled if there are any reservation changes made after purchase confirmation, or after promotion period. Cardholder may be required to be pay for the reservation difference, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges (where applicable).

Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Offer if any fraud or gaming by users, technical failure or any other factors outside our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Offer which may result in any loss or damage to BlackBook Technologies Pte.
