Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. The Offer is valid for bookings made between 10 November 2022 to 31 January 2023.
  2. Travel must be completed between 10 November 2022 to 30 April 2023.

  3. To enjoy the Offer, Card Members must:
    • Visit our BlackBook Travels booking site via this link to activate the exclusive rates 
    • Create a BlackBook account if you have not already done so during our last campaign with American Express in June 2022.
    • Make payment using an eligible American Express Card

  4. “Eligible American Express Cards” are qualifying personal basic and/or supplementary American Express Cards issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore, including American Express Corporate Cards, American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card, and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited.

  5. Card Members will be redirected to BlackBook Travels website to select the hotels and complete the booking. An "AMERICAN EXPRESS SG" tag will be visible on all the offers applicable.

  6. The Offer is only applicable for web and mobile web, and is not applicable for bookings made through BlackBook Travels App. 

  7. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. 

  8. There is no limit to the number of bookings, Card Members may make multiple bookings.

  9. Rates may fluctuate from time to time depending on market conditions. 

  10. When you make a payment in a foreign currency, it will be converted to Singapore Dollars based on the rate of exchange at the time your Card is charged. Please refer to your Card Member Agreement for more information about Foreign Exchange Charges on your Card. 

  11. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or other products and services. 

  12. The Offer is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, rewards, loyalty programmes, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified). 

  13. Card Members may be asked to present the American Express Card used to make the online purchase for verification purposes during check-in. 

  14. Discounts applied may be nulled if there are any reservation changes made after purchase confirmation, or after promotion period. Card member may be required to be pay for the reservation difference, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges (where applicable). 

  15. BlackBook Technologies Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Offer if any fraud or gaming by users, technical failure or any other factors outside our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Offer which may result in any loss or damage to BlackBook Technologies Pte. Ltd. BlackBook Technologies Pte. Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual suspected of fraud, gaming the promotion or any breach of the Offer Terms.

  16. BlackBook Technologies Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without assigning any reasons or providing prior notice.
